Participants will learn about how to use effective feedback to improve productivity, performance, and working relationships. The module begins with defining feedback and its role in effective management, and then provides strategies for delivering improvement feedback and reinforcement feedback. Finally, participants will learn how to deal with employees’ challenging responses to feedback.
