Coaching is all about partnering in a thought provoking and creative process that allows an employee to maximize their personal and professional potential. In this module, participants will learn how to use the Skill/Will Matrix to determine an employee’s starting point before coaching. Then they will learn how to apply the GROW model of coaching to help an employee set goals, understand the realities, brainstorm options, and decide on the best path forward for optimal growth.
