Strategic leaders are future-oriented thinkers who have a vision for a better future at the organization. They formulate and implement adaptable plans that have well-thought-out contingencies in place. In this module, participants will reflect upon their own strategic leadership skills. Then they will learn about four types of strategic leadership, as well as the essential qualities of strategic leaders. Finally, they will learn about how to apply future-oriented thinking to their own workplace.
