Organizational change is inevitable. Leaders who can anticipate, adapt, and even create organizational change are better equipped for the future. In this module, participants will learn about the ADKAR © change management model and how to use it in the workplace. Additionally, they will brainstorm ways that they can envision and enact positive changes in their organization with buy-in and support from others.
