Defensible first-action judgment for the workplace conduct situations that land on an HR desk without warning.
The course builds harassment triage skills and walks through constructing a five-category compliance checklist, then sharpens the judgment for knowing when a situation needs to move up the chain. The focus throughout is what to do first, before any formal process begins.
