Being an effective leader is incredibly challenging but can also be very rewarding. Unlike managers, who influence due to their position, power and authority, leaders are influential because people choose to follow them.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience real world examples of what to expect as a leader through group discussions, breakout activities, video and action plans to work towards their goals of becoming more effective as a leader.
